SMS Messaging Terms & Opt-In Policy

What messages REUP sends

REUP sends transactional SMS notifications only to registered store owners who explicitly opt in. We never send marketing or promotional messages via SMS. Message types include:

Low stock alerts — when a product falls below your set threshold
Purchase order updates — status changes on purchase orders
Support ticket escalations — when a support ticket requires your review

Message frequency varies based on account activity. You may receive 0–10 messages per day.

How to opt in

Option 1 — Account sign-up

During registration at getreup.ai/sign-up, enter your phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default, not required to register):

Exact checkbox displayed at getreup.ai/sign-up. Unchecked by default. SMS opt-in is optional.

Option 2 — Account settings

Existing users can enable SMS at Dashboard → Account Settings → Notification Method by entering a phone number and selecting SMS.

Option 3 — Text a keyword to re-subscribe

Previously opted-out users can re-subscribe by texting any of these keywords:

How to opt out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any REUP SMS — one confirmation sent, then no further messages
Reply STOP ALL to opt out permanently
Go to Dashboard → Account Settings and switch to Email notifications or remove your phone number

Message & data rates

REUP does not charge for SMS. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile number is used only to deliver REUP transactional notifications. SMS delivery is handled by Twilio solely for that purpose. See our full Privacy Policy.
