What happens after the free trial?

You'll be charged the plan price (Basic or Pro) at the end of your 7-day trial. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard settings before your trial ends.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can move between Basic and Pro from the dashboard settings. Plan changes typically apply to the next billing period.

How do I pay my supplier for a PO?

REUP coordinates the PO but never processes or holds payments. When your supplier sends a quote, REUP parses it and emails you a summary with their payment details (bank transfer, PayPal, invoice, etc.). You pay the supplier directly using their preferred method, then click “Mark as Paid” in the email or dashboard to confirm. REUP updates the order status automatically.

What platforms do you support?

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, and eBay are all fully supported for inventory and dropship. Shopify connects via OAuth. WooCommerce and BigCommerce connect via API key. Etsy and eBay connect via OAuth. Amazon support is in development.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security (RLS) so each tenant only sees their own data. API credentials are stored encrypted and we never store raw card details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel from the billing section in your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
